Kevin Back and Cynthia Wynne—
U.S. Xpress, Inc.

Kevin Back and Cynthia Wynne became professional drivers in order to earn a great income, and they found what they were looking for at Chattanooga, TN-based U.S. Xpress, Inc. “When we started at U.S. Xpress a year ago, we said that we were going to run at least 250,000 miles in one year so we could pay our bills and save enough money to go on a family cruise,” says Cynthia. “The company told us that the freight was available, but the hard work of driving and meeting pick-up and delivery schedules was up to us. We surpassed our goal, and in December, we went on our voyage!”

Kevin and Cynthia are about to enjoy an even better lifestyle, because U.S. Xpress has just announced the highest, most lucrative team pay package in the industry, including mileage pay of 50¢ per mile, plus a generous $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The company is responding to the needs of customers with increasingly time-sensitive freight that can’t be satisfied by solo drivers alone. This makes team drivers the stars, and U.S. Xpress is bolstering its fleet with teams accustomed to meet ing precise deadlines—and paying them accordingly.
